It's Not Me!

I'm sure you've heard the ads about the couple who did a Google search for themselves and learned that they had the same name as another couple who had been convicted of child-nabbing. Obviously, they were devastated. The company producing this ad is selling "reputation protection."

Imagine my surprise when I "Google-searched" my name and found "Paulette Binion is proudly powered by Word Press MU and WP Designer. Hosted by Blackberry Indonesia Blogs." I went to this site and opened it. Sure enough, there is "my" name, but some very strange looking blog that I had nothing to do with. Turns out it's a scam and they want me to purchase their services to "take over" this blog. Since Google provides free blog service, I'm going to continue my blog with them.

Rest assured that the other blog is not mine, but has been created by someone who is obviously too lazy to get a real job or start their own business and is trying to leach off of the hard work of others.
